PRISM Strengthens Research and Strategic Communication Capabilities at PT Taspen through Research Design and Deck Presentation Workshop

20 August 2026 • 2 min read

PRISM (Predictive Risk Simulation and Modeling) conducted a Workshop on Research Design Methods and Deck Presentation Strategies for PT Taspen (Persero) on 8–9 July 2026 at the PT Taspen Head Office in Jakarta.

The workshop was designed to strengthen two interconnected competencies: the ability to conduct systematic and well-structured research, and the ability to communicate analytical findings effectively to decision-makers.

The program featured Dr. Ikha Magdalena, S.Si., M.Si. and Felicia Joanna S, S.Si., MBA. as speakers. Through a series of structured sessions, participants explored the research process from identifying relevant problems and formulating clear research questions to designing appropriate methodologies, developing research frameworks, and validating research designs.

The program then focused on transforming analytical findings into meaningful insights, developing data-driven recommendations, and designing presentation decks that communicate key messages clearly, concisely, and persuasively. Through this approach, participants were encouraged not only to produce high-quality research but also to ensure that research findings could be effectively communicated and utilized in organizational decision-making.

As part of the learning process, the workshop began with a pre-test to assess participants’ initial understanding. During the final sessions, participants took part in presentation simulations and received direct feedback to strengthen their ability to communicate research findings professionally. The program concluded with a post-test to evaluate participants’ learning outcomes.

Through this workshop, PRISM continues to support PT Taspen in strengthening its human capital capabilities and fostering a more analytical, research-driven, and evidence-based approach to organizational decision-making.
